TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE DELAERSHIP
1.
Rs.1000 paid for the Dealership. (It is Valid for One Year)
This amount is Royalty Amount for the One Year (365 Days). So, It is
Not Refundable.
2.
The Price list for the Dealers all are mentioned on Fully Advance
Basis.
3.
Regarding the price list, You Dont Use our Name except the
words "Dealer of Aathi Cards".
4.
In case, our existing Customers give the order from our reference,
You give the price of Our Existing Customer Price List & Press
Price List.
5.
Every Orders' Payment should be paid in Our Bank on the next
working day.
6.
TOTALLY FREE OFFER is valid in the case of full Advance
payment orders only.
7.
We will give the some Discount offer for the Bulk orders of the
dealers. Every English Month the orders to be calculated by the
dealers, They can get the Cash Back Offer as per following
Discount List.
50 Cards (50000 = Rs.300)
100 Cards (100000 = Rs.1000)
200 Cards (200000 = Rs.2500)
The Amount should be credited in your account by next month.
8.
All Orders are based on Cash Rate, So If you avoid the delay of
Delivery time for orders, You can make the Advance Payment (as
per your regular orders). It will be Refundable.
9.
Our Prices may be changed Regarding the Tax, and Material
Cost.
11.
We cannot the responsible for the Transport delay against the
Rain, Strike & Traffic.
12.
All Orders are accepted daily before 8 pm. After coming orders
will be taken the next working day.
13.
Freight Charges / Courier Charges are Extra.
